Gerhart helps our customers with process optimization and manufacturing—how can we help you more efficiently move, weigh, produce, and transport a certain material? What kind of equipment and machinery is needed to make it happen, and what type of controls and instrumentation will best bring an engineered solution to life?

Once we fully understand your process, our mechanical and electrical engineers will create a custom design solution that is then fabricated and built in our in-house machine shop. Electrical control panels are also designed and built in-house. We then handle system installation along with our commissioning group.

Gerhart also offers comprehensive service solutions to support both the systems we engineer and existing weighing, material handling, and processing systems. We optimize and service everything from truck scales to lab balances, calibrating pressure, temperature, and flow and maintaining instrumentation analytics.

We deliver custom processing systems and the service needed to maintain them. We offer sales and service for all industrial and lab weighing equipment. We provide 24/7 emergency field service for everything from truck scales to plant process weighing equipment.

We have our own in-house mechanical, electrical, and program engineering group. We are a UL 508A accredited panel shop, and we can design, build, and install your next control panel. We’re also an ISO 17025 metrology lab.

Gerhart’s national headquarters are located in Tatamy, Pennsylvania and house our manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, and field service operations, with additional locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We proudly serve customers across the country.
