LABORATORY BALANCES
Gerhart offers expert repair and calibration of any laboratory balance, from ultra-micro and microbalances to high-capacity top-loaders.
OEM INSTRUMENTATION INSTALLATIONS
Gerhart hand-tool tests and certifies dimensional gauges, micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches and also specializes in the certification of standards such as pin gauges and gauge blocks. We also offer full process instrumentation service.
MASS LAB TESTING
In our in-house lab, we can test Class 1 weights from 1mg up to 5000g, and Class F or Class 6 weights up to 25kg.
VISCOSITY
Gerhart delivers precision testing and calibration of a variety of viscosity measuring devices including orifice viscometers, capillary viscometers, falling piston viscometers, rotational viscometers, falling ball viscometers, and vibrational viscometers.
IQ/OQ SERVICES
If required, Gerhart can provide in-depth onsite IQ/OQ testing services.
TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY
Gerhart services in-glass thermometers, temperature probes, and a variety of additional temperature and humidity devices—all NIST traceable from -20° to 350° C.
PRESSURE/VACUUM
Gerhart specializes in gauges, sensor testing, and calibrating NIST traceable up to 15,000 psig. Oxygen cleaning services are also available.
